Hey Love!
After my last pregnancy, it was hard for me to get the weight off. We were dealing with Covid, and I couldn’t find the motivation to eat right or move my body the way I wanted to. I finally started focusing on nutrition, making small changes, and even walking on my lunch breaks.

Last year, I started a GLP-1, and with consistency at the gym and support, I've reached my healthy goal weight.
